System88 offers a new level of safety and flexibility during pipe transport by train or truck. Finally it is possible to switch to a different diameter in seconds. System88 is engineered to carry the most heavy pipe loads consisting only out of four basic exchangeable parts:

- Base section

- Mid section

- Support block

- Connection bolt with safety pin

Design
System88 is a complete and calculated safety system for transporting and storing pipes of all diameters in an efficient way. Besides safety and adjustability, System88 offers advantages such as minimum use of storage space and a high durability. The design is in accordance with specification VDI 2700 and the calculations supporting the design for both truck and train transport are approved by the TÜV in Germany.

Construction
Heavy duty PE-compound blocks are fixed on a zinc plated steel base- or mid-section with connection bolts. The construction is optimized to offer maximum strength combined with a low weight and ergonomic dimensions for easy handling. The blocks are UV-stabilized and they can carry a maximum load of 7.875 kg per block. The total system is tested and approved up to 64 tons, which is the limit for train transport.

System88 is highly durable and suitable to use in all weather conditions. With extended warranties on the zinc plated steel profiles and the PE-compound blocks, the quality of System88 is guaranteed. Safe for coated pipes
The pipes are carried only by the PE-compound blocks and are not touched by the steel profile. The blocks are made of an elastic material and shape themselves slightly to the form of the pipe, providing an optimal support without damaging the external coating layer of the pipe.

Service
System88 comes with adjustment settings for truck and train, which make the system very easy to use in practice. This allows you to have full understanding of how to transport pipes in the most safe and efficient way. Safety instructions and copies of the TÜV-certificates are also supplied with System88. Of course you can also count on technical support from Dhatec's engineers.
